Tender coordinator – Vilvoorde


The Tender Coordinator drives the commercial activities leading to contracts and/or tenders in Belgium autonomously in close collaboration with Key Account Managers and the Hospital & Tender Lead. Eager to jump in and help the team where needed in terms of public offerings, contracts, tenders and support in promotional materials & sponsorships.

• Coordination with cross functional teams for tender brands

• Achieve maximum tender wins through excellence in submissions

• Co-creation of tailored, added-value materials and services


Tender Shaping:

• Ensure correct identification of selection and attribution criteria for each tender and coordination of questions with Hospital & Tender Lead, KAM, Prod Spec, Brand Managers and Medical Advisors

Adapt and implement value messages and services tailored to tender strategy/ environment in collaboration with Hospital & Tender Lead, KAM, PS, Brand managers and Medical Advisors

Foster collaboration with all relevant departments to develop solutions, identify opportunities for value messages & services, and ensure execution in tendering in collaboration with Hospital & Tender Lead

Tender submission:

• Daily monitoring of tenders

• Ensure high quality Tender Dossier preparations and submissions

• Document and analyze outcomes

• Coordinate review of competitors approaches

• Ensure best practice sharing within the BU and concerned departments

• Ensure correct approval and signature levels are in place

• Provide support for hospital contracts

Tender business insights:

• Share competitor insights

• Provide business insights for hospital tenders

• Upload of agreed net prices/conditions into P3 tool

• Continue to identify areas of opportunity for Sandoz vs competitors

• Tender excellence by improving the quality of our submissions

Marketing support:

• Co-creation of promotional materials for key stakeholders and for Key Account Managers

• Contact with agencies

• PO creation

• Support in sponsorships


• Education (minimum/desirable): Bachelor degree in marketing, business or similar by experience

• Languages: Fluency in Dutch, French and English (oral and written)

• Experience:

o Experience in tenders and sales accountability

o Experience in HC environment

o Relationship skills

o Able to work in a cross-functional team

o Strong business and financial acumen

o Flexible

o Good analytical, strategic, and organizational skills.

o Creative, pro-active and solution minded
