Technical KAM Diagnostics – Benelux


This new position is in charge of the sales, business development and the customer retention for urea breath tests (UBT) associated products in the whole territory.


• Deploy the sales strategy and ensure to meet the sales targets on the territory

• Organize sales visits, analyze the customer’s needs and write reports in CRM.

• Define, select, and propose the most appropriate solution for customers.

Negotiate contracts, terms and conditions based on corporate guidelines.

• Ensure the necessary demonstration or product evaluation studies.

Follow up and anticipate tenders, and then prepare files to reply to relevant tenders.

• Takes technical responsibility for projects from the implementation phase to the routine,including installation of instruments and training of the customers.

• Become the single point of contact and build strong professional relationships withcustomers and local Key Opinion Leaders (KOL).

• Provide first levels of technical support, including maintenances (remote or customer site).

• Participate to the development of materials and training programs for local market.

Liaise with the global product management, the local organization, and the Business UnitDiagnostics.

Track competition products pricing and positioning in local market.

• Attend trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings (mostly locally).

• Support new product launches and process improvements.


– You have a Master or an engineering degree, in sales, engineering or biotechnology.

– You have at least 3 years of professional experience in sales or business developmentideally in the in vitro diagnostic market (ISO 13485).

– You like to bring solutions with a certain autonomy.

– You are dynamic, available, tenacious, able to listen, summarize needs and negotiate, havea strong team spirit and problem-solving skills, and have customer satisfaction at heart.

– You are fluent in French and Dutch, with a good level of English.
