Sales manager endoscopie – Belgium & The Netherlands


This position is the perfect challenge for a Senior Sales Representative ready to take the next step and lead a Sales team.

The company offers innovative products and services in Orthopaedics, Medical and Surgical, and Neurotechnology and Spine that help improve patient and hospital outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

Exceed & deliver against the quarterly and yearly business budget whilst managing equipment utilization, recurring revenue pipeline development alongside accurate forecasting vs budget.

Coach, manage, lead and motivate a high performing sales team, supporting and driving them strategically and tactically to accelerate business growth

Support and collaborate with enabling teams, such as contracts & pricing, compliance, customer service and accounting; to ensure a smooth order to cash process is maintained and our customers receive the highest levels of service.

Build local clinical champions to drive forward both current and future technology platforms across the entire portfolio.

Understand / utilize market dynamics to support business acceleration.

Take a creative approach to new business development for both current and future technologies and platforms.



A Degree in Science/Business is preferable OR training in a Medical,/Scientific/Technical field

At least 5 years Sales experience with a proven track record in Sales

Commercial skills in leading a profit centre

IT literate: CRM; MS Office; modern presentation media

Native Dutch and Fluent English essential; fluent French is advantageous


Experience in the Medical Technology sector is preferable

Experience in leading and coaching a Sales team is not essential provided you are a successful Senior Sales Rep ready to step up and lead a Sales team

Product knowledge in the general or orthopaedic surgery sector is preferable


Commercial acumen with a strategic approach to business planning

Highly driven and self-motivated

Strong negotiation skills

Strong communicator who is excellent in developing relationships

Disciplined and organized

Sense of responsibility

Able to work under pressure

Able to coach and lead a team (experience not essential)

Other Information

This role will require up to 60% regional travel and to stay away from home overnight on a regular basis for customer visits.
