Product Manager Medication Management Solutions – Aalst

With their technical capabilities, the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) team is able to manage multiple systems, and their operational capabilities enable them to have medications available when and where needed, reducing inefficiency and waste for nursing and pharmacy teams.


As a Product Manager, you will generate and use market and customer insights to develop marketing strategies and tactics to achieve business growth objectives in the short to medium term, and actively support the long-term range planning for your product portfolio. You will ensure the successful execution of innovative and customer-centric marketing strategies that build tangible differentiation and value for our solutions.

You will help share innovative solutions with clinics, physicians, pharmacies and medical entities which will in turn benefit the health and well-being of people and patients all over the nation. You will be channeling all your sales skills and experience into one singular goal: advancing the world of health. 

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Initiate market development activities and be responsible for the launch of new product lines and solutions in close cooperation with the Senior Marketing Manager MMS, the European marketing team, and the local commercial team.
  • Be a strong partner in financial budgeting and forecasting for your product portfolio.
  • Be the champion for your part of the portfolio, supporting the sales force in the efficient tactical deployment of sales strategies and providing strategic sales support, i.e. strategic tender support & customer vision presentations.
  • Be the go-to person for the EU marketing team, keeping them informed on market trends, customer insights and needs, competitive behavior, field feedback & campaign learnings.
  • Spend time interacting with KOLs and external parties.
  • Excel in a matrix organization and can easily collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders from supply chain to customer service, legal, regional marketing, and of course the sales organization in the hub.


  • A confirmed experience in marketing, preferably in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare IT industry
  • Proficiency in English + French and / or Dutch, both verbal and written  -> ideally trilingual
  • Willing to take action with a drive for results and a strong customer focus
  • Strong analytical skills, with technical marketing competence
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience of working in a large matrix organization
  • Developed project management skills.
