National Field Sales Manager – België

Introduction

For one of our clients, a pharmaceutical company active in the domain of foodsupplements, we are looking for a National Field Sales Manager

Organization

Location of the company: Namur/Namen

Function

In close collaboration with the Commercial Director, the candidate will :

• Have final responsibility of team of 5 Sales reps which will grow to a larger team in Belgium

o Coach and train team to visit target groups: independent pharmacies, pharmacy groups, parapharmacies and Bio stores for sell-in and sell-out

o Coach and train team to visit GP’s, therapists and a limited number of SP’s

o Organize permanent trainings to team: product trainings & sales techniques

o Analyze performances of team members and run permanent evaluations

o Be responsible for: sales pillars, targeting, set up CRM, field coaching and set-up cycle meetings in collaboration with the Commercial director

• Draw up a sales plan based on the global strategic plan

• Prepare reporting presentations for senior management

• Have full accountability for defined Key Accounts in the North

• Define, select and attend a list of relevant congresses and PR activities

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position: Field/District Sales Management experience

• Experience with final commercial responsibility in pharmacy channel, experience with food supplements is nice to have

Bilingual (Dutch-French)
