Medical Sales Representative – Westhoek
Introduction
For one of our clients, active in the pharmaceutical sector, we are looking for a Medical Sales Representative (Westhoek). This client is looking for the “sales representative of the future” who wants to roll out a new data-driven project. This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career and contribute to the success of our client.
Organization
West-Vlaanderen (Westhoek): 330 – Veurne, 340 – Diksmuide, 350 – Ieper, 371 – Roeselare, 372 – Izegem, 384 – Wevelgem
Function
These responsibilities include some of the following:
• Promote products and services as a strong added value proposition for HCPs and patients
• Build and deliver an individual operational plan in line with the strategic direction
• Advocate strategies in terms of content as well as in behavior
• Capture and escalate customers and market insights to feed the plan and course correct
• Collaborate with peers and colleagues in developing solutions to maintain access and increase competitiveness.
• Develop and maintain expertise in focus and promoted brands + demonstrate knowledge of medicines in a way that meets customer needs
• Demonstrate the ability to provide value to each targeted HCP through proper blending of science & service based upon each HCP’s individual needs
Requirements
We are looking for professionals with following basic skills & mindset to help achieve our goals:
• Minimum 2 years medical sales experience
• Ability to build a comprehensive disease and pathology knowledge
• Proficiency in Dutch + ability to read, discuss and understand scientific content in English
• Proficient IT user
• Can Do attitude & Winner Mindset
• Customer Focus & Omnichannel mindset
• Data driven – input collection & insights translation.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and team player skills.
• Shows willingness for dynamic work, on-going learning and accepting new challenges (training & learning agility)
• Confident and able to create long-term relationships while constantly challenging the status quo to add value
• Self-aware & active listener
