Medical Representative Woundcare – Luxembourg (province & GDL)

Introduction

Our client, an international company within pharmaceutical and medical devices, is looking for a Medical Representative Woundcare.

Organization

Region: province of Luxembourg and Luxembourg areas: Bastogne, Durbuy, Bouillon, Arlon, Luxembourg, Esch/Alzette, Ettelbruck and Wiltz.

The main contacts will be hospitals, wound expert centers, wound care professionals, pharmacies and nursing- and elderly homes.

Function

  • You represent our client’s products and manage the sales for your territory.
  • You take ownership of your region: you think about innovation, new business opportunities, customer needs, market trends, competitor practices, … to develop a relevant sales strategy with the support of your manager. 
  • With the guidance of the sales manager, you maintain a strategic business plan aligned with the best practices and standards. 
  • You execute all sales activities from the introduction of new products to presentation and training to customers, ensuring that each stakeholder receives key sales messages.
  • You are the primary contact for the KOLs in your region to build a long-term relationship.
  • You act as the client’s brand ambassador and represent them at relevant conferences, congresses and trade fairs.
  • You ensure their CRM system is maintained in line with company standards.
  • You work in close cooperation with the Marketing and Medical departments and achieve goals together.

Requirements

  • You hold a paramedical or nurse degree or aquivalent based on relevant experience.
  • You can demonstrate initial experience in a similar position in a medical or pharmaceutical environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer focus and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Comfortable with numbers, effectively use of Microsoft Office, CRM system and Showpad.
  • Native French speaker with a good command of English. Knowledge of German is an asset.
  • You have a valid driver’s license.
  • You are a problem solver, and work with your line manager to find innovative approaches to resolve situations and develop your turnover.
