District Manager – Belgium


Our client is a service provider of medical device for lung diseases.


  • Define the strategy and the commercial objectives of the company, in collaboration with the management
  • Apply, enforce, support and control the commercial strategy put in place for medical representatives, commercial subcontractors and people in contact with users of the company’s services;
  • Management of a team of 6 medical representatives who visit hospitals, nursing homes and pharmacy chains;
  • Motivate and coach team members;
  • Manage, organize, ensure the proper execution of the commercial planning;
  • Manage the company’s strategic customers, in collaboration with and in support of the medical representatives
  • Manage and organize participation in commercial events (congresses, exhibitions, etc.) in collaboration with Management;
  • Establish a lasting trustful bond between users and the company through the quality of the relationship and a flexible, proactive but firm attitude;
  • Periodically transmit to the Director all useful information relating to the market, the evolution, the strategies taken or to be taken and the work done with customers;
  • Perform any task required for the proper functioning of the service and the company


  • Several years of experience in a similar role and good knowledge of the hospital landscape
  • People management skills, coaching ability
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Motivated & Motivator
  • Dedicated multitasker with hands-on mentality
  • Solution oriented and service-minded
  • Perfect bilingual French / Dutch and good knowledge of English. Knowledge of German is an advantage but not required;
  • Education: degree in commerce or marketing or equivalent by experience
