Over the past year and a half, Medipartner has experienced strong growth in its activities thanks to the qualitative work of Team 1 and has been able to establish a second team of Medical Sales Representatives. A whole number of new and existing customers rely on the services of the company – founded in 2016 and headquartered in Braine-l’Alleud.
A new team naturally needs a coach and this was found in Maxime Le Polain de Waroux. With more than 7 years of experience within the medical sector, he is ready to pass on his experience and knowledge to his colleagues and guide them in their journey. “The position of Medical Sales Representative is a challenging one. You meet new people every day, you have to know your product thoroughly and be able to sell it, and you are the first point of contact for our customers,” says Maxime. “One advantage is that you can make your own schedule and set out your own structure. A job where results count, but where you have the freedom to fill in your days yourself.”
